These terms govern your use of Yizik, a language learning platform operated by EasyGlobal LLC. IELTS preparation is our first course. Other language courses will join the platform over time under these same terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. Each account is for one person and you are responsible for activity that happens under your login.

Payments and activation

Plans are paid through Kaspi as a single payment for the interval you choose, one, six or twelve months, with no automatic renewal. Marking an order as paid does not activate it by itself. Your administrator reviews the payment and activates your plan once it is confirmed, usually within a few hours.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through a support ticket within 7 days of payment and we will review your request. We consider refund requests case by case, taking into account how much of the paid plan you have already used.

Content

All course content, including lessons, audio and exercises, belongs to EasyGlobal LLC or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Anything you submit, such as a Writing or Speaking response, remains yours but you grant us the right to store and process it so we can provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, not to copy or resell our content and not to attempt to access the platform in ways it was not designed for, such as scraping or reverse engineering. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features as the platform develops. If a change materially affects a plan you have paid for, we will let you know.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use Yizik after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The first interactive lesson and a basic level check are free.

Is there a Kazakh interface?

Yes. The interface is designed from day one in Russian, Kazakh and English.

How does payment work?

You pay directly through Kaspi. Choose a plan, scan the QR code on the payment page and confirm you have paid. We check the payment and activate your subscription, usually within two hours between 10:00 and 23:00.

Can I cancel my subscription?

There is no recurring billing to cancel. Each plan is a single payment for the interval you choose, one, six or twelve months. When it ends you decide whether to pay again.

Will you grade my Writing and Speaking?

Paid learners get instant AI feedback with a band score on both Writing and Speaking. Free learners self-check their Writing against the real IELTS band descriptors and compare their Speaking recording with a model answer.

Will my progress carry over if I switch phones or computers?

Yes. Everything is saved to your account, not your device, so you can continue from any phone, tablet or computer by logging in.
